Two women, both aged 25, were arrested on suspicion of possessing class A and B drugs with intent to supply.
Police said a subsequent search of a property elsewhere in the city resulted in the seizure of additional drugs, cash and associated paraphernalia.
Sgt Matt Daley added: “We suspected this vehicle of being involved in the movement of illegal substances and very soon had our suspicions confirmed.”
