Pooh Shiesty gave fans an update as he serves a five-year sentence for a gun conspiracy conviction.
The Memphis rapper posted three photos on his Instagram on Thursday along with a lengthy caption expressing gratitude to his fans and supporters.
“Aye mane say mane that’s how you walk that lil t down,” he wrote. “[Shout-out] to all the ones who counted me down and not out, the support and love i received on this roller-coaster is unmatched, S/O to all the good men i stomped the yard with like chris brown.”
He then added some words for the handful of artists who have true credibility in his eyes while sending a message to the streets about not snitching and doing time for the crime.
“S/O to the other selected few rappers who name hold weight in these fed walls,” he said. “Dear streets, use me as a example of what ‘keeping it solid and standing on wax’ look like. now nobody can fool you or tell you different, Ain never going, Ain never went! i stamp it! im rich as i ever been lit as i ever been! IF YOUN FEEL ME k1ll ME ! #TheBiggestGetBack.”
Back in 2022, Pooh Shiesty was sentenced to five years and three months stemming from a Miami-area incident at a hotel during which the “Back in Blood” rapper and two friends shot at two victims they were reportedly meeting up with to buy weed and sneakers. And he may be coming home soon as the judge already credited him for one year time served because he was in custody while awaiting sentencing and his five-year sentence can be reduced to three and a half years for good behavior, according to Rolling Stone.
