This 1997 Porsche 911 Turbo was produced on November 15, 1996, with special-order options including the E50 package comprising the X50 engine upgrade, X54 stainless-steel oval exhaust pipes, and XE7 supplemental oil cooler. Initially delivered to Japan and sold as a Turbo S model, the car is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six that drives all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential. It is finished in Arctic Silver and features air intakes on the rear quarter panels, 18″ hollow-spoke wheels, Bilstein coilover suspension, front air inlets, a rear window wiper, and a fixed rear spoiler. Configured in left-hand-drive, the cabin houses power-adjustable front bucket seats trimmed in black leather accompanied by automatic climate control and a Porsche CR-3 stereo. The car was exported to Canada via Japan in 2014 by the selling dealer, who subsequently sold the car and re-acquired it in 2025, after which it was imported to the US. This 993 Turbo S is offered with factory literature and tools, an air compressor, service records, a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, correspondence from Porsche Cars Canada, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.
The 993 Turbo featured wider bodywork, revised bumper covers, and a fixed rear spoiler to accommodate top-mount intercoolers when compared with the standard 993 coupe. This example was finished from the factory in Arctic Silver Metallic (X1) and ordered with air intakes on each rear quarter panel. The X54 option included stainless-steel oval exhaust outlets, and air inlets are also located adjacent to the fog lights. Further exterior details include headlight washers, clear front indicators, a rear wiper, and a third brake light. A selection of paint-meter readings are shown in the gallery.

Hollow-spoke 18″ wheels wear Porsche crest center caps and are mounted with Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires that measure 225/40 up front and 285/30 out back. The car is equipped with an Automatic Brake Differential (ABD), and the 993 was the first 911 to feature multi-link rear suspension. Bilstein coilovers are installed at each corner, and braking is managed by ventilated and cross-drilled rotors paired with red Porsche-branded calipers all around.

The left-hand-drive cabin houses 8-way power-adjustable front seats trimmed in black leather, which extends to the dashboard, center console, door panels, and rear seats. Porsche-branded floor mats line the footwells, and amenities include automatic climate control, power windows, cassette storage, and a Becker-Porsche CR-3 stereo.

The four-spoke airbag steering wheel frames a 320-km/h speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,600-rpm redline, a pair of combination gauges, and an analog clock. The six-digit odometer shows 80k kilometers (~50k miles).

The 3.6-liter M64/60 flat-six was optioned from the factory with the E50 Engine Kit, which incorporated the X50 Turbo Power Kit and a supplemental oil cooler. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

All four wheels are driven via a six-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential.

A 2018 letter from Porsche Cars Canada notes that the car was ordered as a 1997 993 Turbo with a set of options that included the X50 Turbo Power Kit. According to the letter, examples equipped with such options were recognized or sold as a Turbo S model only for the Japanese market.

The Porsche Certificate of Authenticity identifies the car as a 1997 911 Turbo S produced on November 15, 1996. Factory colors, powertrain numbers, and optional equipment are also listed.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage from the initial entry in September 2015.
