1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Twister Special 351 for sale on BaT Auctions – ending May 17 (Lot #192,131)

This 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is one of 96 configured with the Twister Special package offered only in the Kansas City sales district. The car was refurbished under prior ownership and is powered by a 351ci Cleveland V8 linked to a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The body has been refinished in Grabber Orange with black Mach 1 and Twister Special graphics, and the interior is trimmed in black with high-back front buckets seats. Equipment includes a shaker hood scoop, front and rear spoilers, a center console, a retro-look digital stereo, a center console, a dual exhaust system, power-assisted drum brakes, and 14″ Magnum 500 wheels. The cabin features high back bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in black vinyl. Interior appointments include an aftermarket retro-look stereo, a floor-mounted center console, and front shoulder belts.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for alternator status, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 97k miles, approximately 5k of which were added under current ownership.
